What your Package Includes

  • Due to strict laws and regulations in Australia, I cannot include nail glue or sharp objects such as tools in your order- I recommend researching high quality glues that don’t ruin your natural nails to ensure long lasting sets.

  • All Sets are packaged with a plastic case to keep your sets clean and in one piece after you take them off.

How to Apply

  • To apply your Cathedral Claws press-ons, prepare your nails first by pushing back or removing the cuticles, cleaning underneath them with a nail brush, then use alcohol and nail dehydrator on top.

  • Do not use water or soak your nails beforehand, water can soften the nail and cause lifting after application

  • After preparation, apply an even, thin layer of nail glue directly to the nail, taking care to avoid the skin.

  • Press down firmly until adhesion is complete and your nails don’t budge.

  • That’s it! Enjoy your beautiful, reusable nails!

How to Remove

  • To remove, use soapy warm water to soften your nails first, then use a disposable/disinfected stick tool to gently pry the nail off.

  • Take your time with this, use cuticle oil or moisturizer if necessary but do not force or rip the nails off, you will damage your natural nails underneath

  • After removal, give your hands a spa day! Remove glue residue with a nail buffer, wash them thoroughly, and apply moisturizer and/or cuticle oil.

  • Take care of your press-ons by removing the glue residue from the undersides, you can use a buffer gently then wash them with soap and water. Do not use acetone near the press-on nail

How Long do they last?

  • How long press-on nails last is entirely dependent on how well you prepped and applied the nails.

  • Lifting often starts 2-3 weeks after application, take care with removal to avoid the risk of infections or snags

Guide to measuring your nails

  • To measure your nails, use a soft tape measure and take the measurement across the width (including the arc) of each nail. Make sure your nails are dry and have not soaked in water recently, as this can change the nail shape.

  • If you do not have a soft measuring tape, you can apply paper tape to each nail and mark the width with a marker, then remove the tape and use a ruler.

  • Measuring your nails is not an exact science, everyone has different shaped nailbeds and not all press-on nail bases are made equally or to exact measurements

  • At Cathedral Claws, the closest nail base is used against your measurements, meaning there may be 0.5-1mm difference.

  • I do not take responsibility If your nails do not fit when they arrive, I use the manufacturer’s measurements for my nail bases and your measurements to match.

Shipping


Processing Times

  • Every set of Cathedral Claws press-on nails is handcrafted to order. Please allow 7–14 business days for your order to be created before it is shipped.

  • During busy periods or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer. Any significant delays will be communicated via your preferred contact method.

Shipping

  • Orders are shipped from Tasmania, Australia.

  • Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Tracking

  • All orders include tracking where available. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

International Shipping

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order.

  • Cathedral Claws cannot be responsible for delays or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

  • Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of Cathedral Claws' control.

  • If your parcel appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact me and I'll do my best to assist you in resolving the issue.

Returns & Refunds

Returns

  • Due to the handmade nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, Cathedral Claws does not accept returns.

  • Please ensure you check your nail measurements carefully before placing your order. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

All items are packaged and tested with the highest of care, however on the rare occasion your order arrives damaged at the fault of Cathedral Claws, or you receive the wrong item, please contact Chess within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos of the issue.

  • A brief description of the problem.

We'll assess the issue and work with you to provide a replacement, partial refund, or another suitable solution where appropriate.

Cathedral Claws cannot provide refunds or returns for products damaged by the courier or customer; please read our care & application guide.

Custom Orders

Custom and personalised orders are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided work has not yet begun on your set.

Once production has started, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
