Hello! You can call me Chess (also known as Chessker), I’m a 23-year-old Australian artist who founded Cathedral Claws in 2026.
Before creating Cathedral Claws, I spent over 10 years as a freelance digital artist, specialising in character and clothing design and sharing my work on Instagram.

I've always been passionate about creating intricate designs that mean something to me, but I wanted to take that interest beyond my small corner of niche digital art. Nail art has always been on my dream job list, and combining my artistic background with my love for detailed design felt like the perfect avenue for my passion, so I finally took that leap.

Many of my designs draw inspiration from gothic architecture and ethereal imagery, and I strive to create pieces that feel elegant and detailed without feeling unbalanced and cluttered.

Every press-on set is made by hand from my home studio in Australia, where I meticulously create, package and ship each order. My highest priority is to provide beautiful, high-quality press-on nails alongside friendly, reliable service from the beginning of your ordering journey, to the moment you finally have your set.
